Flowing postures linked by the breath and the ‘vinyasa’
DYNAMIC FLOW
An energising power yoga class, based on the principles of Ashtanga Yoga
RESTORATIVE YOGA
A gentle, slow, still style of yoga that involves long passive holds in 4-6 restful poses.
SLOW FLOW
Combining breath work, flowing postures and meditation this slower, but deep take on vinyasa flow allows time to explore poses while making space in the body for strength and balance.
