After 9 years of cycling i decided to give it a rest and take on a new challenge, so i started crossFit at CFL.

Just finished my first 8 weeks and it’s just awesome! It’s tough but if you want to make them changes to your health, body and mind this is it . A great friendly environment even at 6AM !! Coaches are great very knowledgable and they make a point of getting technique right.

What a transformation, after 8 weeks of training and nutrition i managed to loos another 6.5KG and 8.5% Body Fat! We all have the ability to change, it may take time but we all can make ourselves healthier and better people.
