In 2011 Matt decided to make a few lifestyle changes. Instead of partying and piling his face with junk food, he decided to take up CrossFit. In Matts words:
“It was the best choice I ever made, and my health and fitness vastly improved along with an improved work and family life”.
After 12 months of going to his local CrossFit gym, Matt moved out of the local area, making it difficult to attend. With this in mind, he decided to start a similar facility closer home and hasn’t looked back ever since. Matt absolutely loves playing a part in helping people change their lives for the better.
FOUNDATION IS YOUR FIRST STEP
The course is essential for anyone who is new to Crossfit, you’ll be taught the basic fundamental movements in a friendly environment along side like minded people.
