Lizzie began her Yoga practice alongside her dance studies in 2010.
Since then she has toured Spain with a children’s theatre company, travelled around Australia, New Zealand and Bali and lived and worked in Melbourne. It was in Melbourne that her Yoga Practice became daily and where she decided to train as a yoga teacher so others could feel the benefits that yoga had given her.
Lizzie has been teaching Yoga in South Wales since 2017, and loves sharing her passion for movement.
Lizzie trained in Spain with Frog Lotus Yoga in Vinyasa Flow under Alicia Waters (yoga) and Paula Mitten (anatomy and physiology) and Cosmic Kids Yoga.
Lizzie’s approach to yoga is playful, and inclusive for all. With a lengthy background in dance Lizzie’s classes are focused around, breath, flow and connection to the music.
Lizzie aims to promote positive body image and mindfulness in people of all ages, within all areas of the community.
FOUNDATION IS YOUR FIRST STEP
The course is essential for anyone who is new to Crossfit, you’ll be taught the basic fundamental movements in a friendly environment along side like minded people.
