I’m Beth, and I am 18 years old. Whilst I am one of the youngest coaches, I have been enjoying CrossFit for over five years and I started my love affair with CrossFit in the CF72 teen’s classes.
I began coaching CrossFit teens two years ago and I stepped up to coaching the main CrossFit classes last year.
I have competed in teen CrossFit competitions across the UK, including the British teen Championships. I competed at an individual level in this year’s CrossFit Open and I surprised myself by qualifying for the quarter-finals.
As well as competing in CrossFit, I also enjoy Olympic weightlifting and I have represented Wales at junior age group competitions, most recently being selected at u20 level. I hold 2 welsh weightlifting records for under 15’s.
I love coaching and helping people improve their fitness and achieve their goals. I hope I can pass on some of the knowledge that I have and provide you with the encouragement that you need to get the most out of your membership.

The course is essential for anyone who is new to Crossfit, you’ll be taught the basic fundamental movements in a friendly environment alongside like minded people.
We also offer 1-to-1 sessions for anybody looking for more dedicated sessions. Perhaps you are new to the gym or have specific targets that you are looking to achieve. Get in touch, and we can discuss your requirements.
