COACH.
Cerian has been an active person since childhood. From gymnastics to rugby, she did it all.
Cerian started to regain a focus on fitness in general during her final year of university where she did a lot of running and fitness classes such as kettlebells and circuits. After completing several 10k races, a few half marathons and full marathons, she started to look for my next challenge.
After having an introduction to Olympic Weightlifting in early 2012, Cerian became hooked. From then on, she found herself doing less kettlebell and circuit classes and focusing more on lifting in general.
In 2013, Cerian went on to do her BWL level 1 coaching certificate and attended several training days as part of Weightlifting Wales coaching programme.


In early 2015, Cerian found CrossFit Llantrisant and hasn’t looked back since. She is now not only hooked on Weightlifting, but CrossFit too. Cerian has competed individually on behalf of the gym over the years in several Welsh Weightlifting open competitions, where she has achieved, Bronze, Silver and Gold within her category.
She has also competed as part of teams and as a pairs competitor in CrossFit with some great placing outcomes. She has really enjoyed the last couple of years, pushing herself to her limits and is looking forward to competing more in the future!
Cerian had been helping as a “stand in” coach for a number of years but is now a more regular face in the gym as a coach. She absolutely loves pushing people, watching them achieve their goals. “There is nothing better than seeing someone believe in themselves who previously didn’t. The only thing I ask is for 100% to be given in each class and a good attitude”.

FOUNDATION IS YOUR FIRST STEP
The course is essential for anyone who is new to Crossfit, you’ll be taught the basic fundamental movements in a friendly environment along side like minded people.

We also offer 1 to 1 sessions for anybody looking for more dedicated sessions. Perhaps you are new to the gym or you have specific targets that you are looking to achieve. get in touch and we can discuss your requirements.
