I’ve been involved with CrossFit for about 5 years, started out with it as a use for strength and conditioning for rugby. About 2 years ago I left rugby to train CrossFit and weightlifting full time. Along with this, for the past year I have been coaching classes in my local gym and helping a few individuals grow as better athletes.
As of now I’ve been lucky enough to compete in a handful of competitions while studying Sports Conditioning, Rehabilitation and Massage at Cardiff Met.
I am great full for the opportunity I have been given to coach here at CF72, helping you guys grow as individuals and myself as a coach.
FOUNDATION IS YOUR FIRST STEP
The course is essential for anyone who is new to Crossfit, you’ll be taught the basic fundamental movements in a friendly environment along side like minded people.
We also offer 1 to 1 sessions for anybody looking for more dedicated sessions. Perhaps you are new to the gym or you have specific targets that you are looking to achieve. get in touch and we can discuss your requirements.
