Rachel Garland-Fry, our Head Coach, is a fitness enthusiast and qualified Personal Trainer.

Sport has been a big part of Dewi’s life having played a variety of sports throughout his life ranging from Rugby, swimming gymnastics and most recently powerlifting.
Dewi has a degree in Media production and is in charge of the video and photographic content that gets published on the pages.

In 2011 Matt decided to make a few lifestyle changes; instead of partying and filling himself with junk food, he decided to take up CrossFit.

After having an introduction to Olympic Weightlifting in early 2012, Cerian became hooked. From then on, she found herself focusing more and more on lifting.
