Sport has been a big part of Dewi’s life having played a variety of sports throughout his life ranging from Rugby, swimming gymnastics and most recently powerlifting. 

Dewi has a degree in Media production and is in charge of the video and photographic content that gets published on the pages.

Alex has been involved with CrossFit for about 5 years, he started out with it to help strength and conditioning for rugby. 2 years ago leaving rugby to train CrossFit and weightlifting full time.

After having an introduction to Olympic Weightlifting in early 2012, Cerian became hooked. From then on, she found herself focusing more and more on lifting.

Whilst one of the youngest coaches, Beth has been enjoying CrossFit for over five years and started my love affair with CrossFit in the CF72 teens classes.
